End of an era :(
Sold the Hawk GT 650 today. Yes - it's a sad day. But to be honest I've only ridden the thing 3 times this year. My lifestyle and short trips (less than 3 miles) around town don't warrant all the hassle of putting on all my gear. And when the weather is nicer for longer rides the bicycle always wins out.
I sold it to my good friend, John Ashman in ABQ, NM. He promised to take good care of it for me and said if i ever want it back - he'd sell it back to me. that made selling it a bit less painful.
But the main reason i sold it was to fund my new rigid ti SS.
