For the price of a *really* nice road bike....
I'm the proud new owner of this. 
It started Saturday with my boiler spewing water in my basement. I found out (after the typical appliance repair run around/mis diagnosis) my indirect water heater was broken causing pressure to build up and engage the pressure relief values of my boiler.(hence the spewing water) So 3 days later, lots of $ later - I now have hot water again. Looks like I have to replace the carpet in the downstairs bedroom too...sigh... The joys of homeownership! ;)
