Breck Condo 1 - listing photos

I can't believe I SOLD my Breck Condo after 3 years. I LOVED my place.

The remodel I did was SUPER CUTE! Exactly my style. But I had been wanting a 2bedroom/2 bath.

I ended up settling for a small 2 bedroom/1bath in town(Breckenridge) next to Carter Park. The new place has better flexibility (I can short term rent when I'm not using it - I couldn't at Breck Condo #1) and it would be easier for my grandchildren to visit if I had a 2nd bedroom. It is 3 blocks (an easy walk) to downtown Breckenridge. Right next to Carter Park (no more hill climb back home after a mtn bike ride into Carter Park switchbacks)

Funny how things work out...all the things I said "I'll never.." and then life happens and then never becomes a reality.
