rainy weather
I hopped on what was supposed to be a 2 hour flight from Denver to Dallas (original arrival time 10pm) and it ended up being ~10 hours. Arrived at DFW at ~5am.
Tornado warnings and wave-after-wave of thunderstorms in Dallas had the plane in various holding patterns, diverting/refueling in Oklahoma City and sitting on tarmacs. An added 8 hours to my trip - but what can you do?

it was pretty much a torrential downpour when my sister picked me up.
