6th Annual Crit Awards
My how time flies! Seems like just yesterday when the 2008 crits started. Last night was the last race of the series and as all my friends know - that means the "Crit Award" party!
Last Race
Jen, Tracy and Megan all decided to race and represent team "tinkerbell" (I must say I was disappointed they didn't wear their downhill armor as planned but it was hot last night)

The course was fast and flat and everyone had a ball racing. I had to leave early to go home and get ready for the party.
Raining on my parade
After weeks of not raining - it decided to rain last night. I was concerned that it would prevent a lot of people from not showing up - but luckily my friends sucked it up and came over.
Dave brought over a small keg of his first batch of homebrew and it was as good as anything from any of the brew pubs. good job Dave! And of course Dave organized the placement of the EZ-UPs so we could grill outside and have the party inside.

My house isn't that big - so everyone had to crowd into fit for the awards ceremony. I had over 20 awards to give out.
