ktr weekend - crazy/amazing stuff

I came away from this weekend with many thoughts and emotions. Mainly in amazement of what a tough event this is and how it took it's toll on the people that didn't make it to the slickrock trailhead and those who did. I was happy to be a small part of it - even if it was on the sidelines. Being the the sidelines is usually tough for me as i like to participate too. But i got to see so much as a silent observer.

1. everyone(and I mean everyone) suffers
   
2. everyone (and i mean everyone) has weaknesses
   
3. people are resilient
4. the KTR makes "official" races look *easy*
5. I'm lucky to have such amazing friends
6. my ktr weekend
