snowboard monkey girls ride again!
Dana and Angela were in for round 2 - the 2 year anniversary of Dana's kidney donation to her brother. Nothing like 24 hours of grueling physical torture to celebrate, eh?
Here's the event from last year. This year I got to be on the sidelines again through the night to support my amazing friends (they are way tougher than me for sure!)
The goal for the girls this year was to be faster and consistent on their laps. Last year Dana pounded out a tough 9 laps and Angela got in 7.
This year they were both shooting for 9 laps. All through the night they hiked and boarded and suffered but they kept on trucking. When the sun came up - it was apparent they would easily hit their goals. So in the last lap for each of the girls - they kicked it into high gear and pull in some of their fastest lap times.
i only got 3 pix this year too :(
