People in my life
Ok... I totally LOVE the people in my life!
How in the HECK did i get SO lucky!!! I must've have a really bad previous life (glad I can't remember tho) in order to have such a great life this time around, eh?
In addition to Ricky (my biggest blessing), the rest of my family, special friends from Texas(bren - yeah - i'm talking about you!), friends in Colorado(to numerous to name), Dave - 2 more great people have come into my life.
First my new boss, kevin. he's like the coolest person. A stellar guy in general(kinda hard to explain) a good family man, a really good boss (the best ever actually) PLUS he loves cycling. I try to stay away from discussing that subject too much with him - but his enthusiasm matches mine so it's hard to hold back. But i *try* to in order to be professional.
the next person I've become friends with is Lee McCormack. I've taken a few lessons from him and besides being a great teacher - he's a AWESOME person. He has the BEST sense of humor - in addition he's humble, sweet, smart, geeky, passionate and bunch of other good stuff. it seems like we are always in contact (mainly via email) on stuff. I know he's busy so it makes me feel special that he makes time to communicate with me. I totally LOVE this guy.
I'm very fortunate and grateful to have these wonderful people in my life.
oh - lee sent me a couple of mini movies of me "wheelie dropping" and "manualing" off a curb. Nothing too exciting. But I like them becuase I think I look cute in my biking clothes. (yes - i'm vain - i'm from Texas - what do you expect??)
